On Thursday, 1st August 2024, two members of the Serbian team of the Raymond Nicolet Trust, Mrs. Gorana Sipetic and Mr. Vladimir Puvaca, delivered didactical toys to the children of the Child’s Heart organization at their Cafe & Workshop named Sounds of Heart. Toys worth approximately 500 euros were kindly and generously donated by Megaplast factory, Indjija, to the Raymond Nicolet Trust. The UK-registered charity is very grateful to such an amazing and generous company, which has already donated goods in the past.
The humanitarian organization “Decje srce” (Child’s Heart) has existed for 23 years with the aim of providing support to people with developmental disabilities and their families. Members of staff explained: “We manage to achieve significant results through the implementation of project activities, the provision of social protection services, and innovative programs intended for the independence of persons with developmental disabilities. All this would not be possible without the big-hearted people who help us in our daily work.”
Within the organization “Decje srce” there is a cafe-workshop-shop “Zvuci srca” (Sounds of Heart) at Str. Cuburska 12, Belgrade, which is run and staffed by people with developmental disabilities. The Raymond Nicolet Trust would like to thank its dedicated Serbian branch and Megaplast factory, Indjija, for their generosity and continuous support. A huge thank you for putting a smile on the children’s faces and making this world a better place for all.
