The “Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj” School in Pancevo, Serbia has sent us some pictures of the children unpacking the boxes of books collected by the Raymond Nicolet Trust in our 2020 book collection campaign. A total of 148 boxes, weighing in at over 2 tonnes were shipped to 5 different schools in Serbia at the end of last summer. The children were delighted to sort them and organize them in the school library. The Raymond Nicolet Trust would like to thank all generous donors who have helped to make this possible. It is a real delight to see the smiles of the faces of those children discovering those new books.
Школа "Јован Јовановић Змај" у Панчеву, Србија, послала нам је неколико слика деце која распакују кутије књига које је Raymond Nicolet Trust прикупио током наше кампање сакупљања књига у 2020. години. Укупно 148 кутија, тешких преко 2 тоне, отпремљено је у пет различитих школа у Србији крајем прошлог лета. Деца су била одушевљена док су их разврставала и организовала у школској библиотеци. Raymond Nicolet Trust жели да захвали свим великодушним донаторима који су помогли да се ово омогући. Право је задовољство видети осмехе на лицима ове деце која откривају те нове књиге.
L'école «Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj» de Pancevo, en Serbie, nous a fait parvenir des photos des enfants déballant les boîtes de livres collectés par le Raymond Nicolet Trust dans le cadre de notre campagne de collecte de livres 2020. Au total, 148 cartons pesant plus de 2 tonnes ont été expédiés à 5 écoles différentes en Serbie à la fin de l'été dernier. Les enfants ont été ravis de les trier et de les organiser dans la bibliothèque de l'école. Le Raymond Nicolet Trust tient à remercier tous les généreux donateurs qui ont contribué à rendre cela possible. C'est un vrai plaisir de voir les sourires des visages de ces enfants découvrant ces nouveaux livres.
