Bulgarian lawyer Adelina Hadzhiyska from the Sofia Bar Association is offering online legal advice consultation against a donation to the Raymond Nicolet Trust to help finance their school support projects in Serbia. An action that is close to her heart.
Adelina graduated from the Law Faculty of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2013. Since 2017 she is a Doctor of Criminal Procedure at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
In 2018, as an expert with the Ministry of Justice, she was involved in tripartite negotiations with the European Parliament on the bill extending the European Criminal Records Registry (ECRIS-TCN).
She has participated as an expert in working groups on legislative change, as well as in the Ministry of Justice's International Adoption Council. She is a member of the European Forum for Restorative Justice.
She currently works as a lawyer with the Sofia Bar Association. Assistant Professor in Criminal Procedure at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. She speaks German, English, Russian and French.

Аделина је дипломирала на Правном факултету Софијског универзитета „Св. Климент Охридски“ 2013. године. Од 2017. године је Доктор кривичног поступка на Бугарској академији наука.
2018. године, као стручњак у Министарству правде, била је укључена у трипартитне преговоре са Европским парламентом о предлогу закона о проширењу Европског регистра кривичних евиденција (ECRIS-TCN).
Учествовала је као експерт у радним групама за законодавне промене, као и у Међународном савету за усвајање при Министарству правде. Чланица је Европског форума за ресторативну правду.
Тренутно ради као адвокат у Софијској адвокатској комори. Доцент је за кривични поступак на Универзитету за националну и светску економију у Софији. Говори немачки, енглески, руски и француски.

Adelina est diplômée de la Faculté de droit de l'Université de Sofia «St. Kliment Ohridski »en 2013. Depuis 2017, elle est docteur en procédure pénale à l'Académie bulgare des sciences.
En 2018, en tant qu'experte auprès du Ministère de la Justice, elle a participé aux négociations tripartites avec le Parlement européen sur le projet de loi d'extension du registre européen des casiers judiciaires (ECRIS-TCN).
Elle a également participé en tant qu'experte à des groupes de travail sur les changements législatifs, ainsi qu'au sein du Conseil international de l'adoption du Ministère de la Justice. Elle est membre du Forum européen pour la justice réparatrice.
Elle exerce actuellement comme avocate au sein du Barreau de Sofia. Professeur assistant en procédure pénale à l'Université d'économie nationale et mondiale de Sofia. Elle parle allemand, anglais, russe et français.
