Gonville & Caius College RNT GALA DINNER

We are organizing our third gala dinner in the stunning Fellows’ Dining Room, Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge.

Come and meet us at the dinner and learn more on Saturday 25th May from 18:00 at Gonville & Caius College. Entry limited to pre-booked tickets, no ticket on the night.

Bring your family and friends along and/or make some new friends.

Entrance fee: £80 per person (food and wine included).

A raffle will be organized during the evening. Among the prizes will be paintings by Slavica Plemic, donations from London Davidov Jewellery, Lavishly Appointed Ltd, Zubor sa Kablara, the Alliance Francaise Cambridge-Norwich (1 term of French adult group classes worth £275).

All proceeds will be donated to the Sveti Sava School in Bajina Basta, Serbia.

-Confit of smoked salmon fillet, salmon parfait, apple tartare, tarragon emulsion and beer cracker

-Kidderton Ash goat’s cheese and roasted figs, pomegranate dressing, mint and rocket salad (v)

Main

-Butter poached corn fed chicken, truffled celeriac purée, kale, tarragon bon bon, jus herb oil

-Summer squash and courgette tart, lemon ricotta, pickled cabbage, fine bean, chimichurri dressing and nasturtium salad (v)

Dessert

-Madagascan vanilla panna cotta, basil meringue, macerated strawberries, poached rhubarb and rhubarb gel
