On Sunday, June 9, 2024, Danilo Delic (aged 21) participated to the Richmond Half-Marathon. His goal? To raise funds for the Raymond Nicolet Trust. He trained almost every day in preparation, fully committing himself to his first ever half-marathon.
And he did it! Not only Danilo arrived 4th in his category (out of 211 competitors) with an amazing time of 1h 30min 47sec, but also he has successfully raised an impressive £855 for the Trust.
A heartfelt thank you to him and to all the generous donors who supported him and our cause. The money raised will be directed to provide much-needed school equipment for the Sveti Sava School in Bajina Basta., Serbia. Remember, your donations on the trust’s website are now eligible for Gift Aid from the UK HMRC. If you pay taxes in the UK, you can also claim tax relief on your contributions. Every penny matters, and rest assured that 100% of your donations will directly finance important projects.
